Stage 1 — The Call: Finding Yourself When Feeling Lost

Feeling lost is something we all experience at times. Staring at the ceiling at midnight, asking questions like, “Why does everything feel so empty?” or “Why don’t I feel like myself anymore?” If these thoughts sound familiar, take a deep breath. Just so you know: you’re not alone.

Feeling lost is part of the human experience. It’s a universal call to reflect, to pause, and to rediscover purpose. But what if I told you these thoughts are actually the first step in something much deeper and more profound? Spiritual growth often begins in these moments of uncertainty. This stage is often referred to as the “Dark Night of the Soul,” the first stage of awakening.

You may not have known what was happening then, but the awakening signs had already begun: the inner restlessness, the sudden sensitivity, the longing for something real. These were not symptoms of confusion—they were signals from your Soul.

In my own journey through the stages of awakening, I’ve found that simplicity is not about owning fewer things or scheduling fewer activities—it’s about creating the conditions where peace can breathe.

In today’s fast-paced world, where multitasking is practically a competitive sport, the choice to slow down and simplify can feel radical.

This stage—Stage 11 of Awakening—is where the spiritual path stops being a separate “thing you do” and becomes how you live, breathe, and respond to Life. It’s not about retreating from the world but integrating your awakened awareness into the world’s everyday rhythms.

This stage matters because it’s the bridge between being a living transmission of your Soul frequency and choosing conscious evolution as a way of being. Consequently, what was once an inner pursuit becomes an embodied presence.

Stage 12 — The Spiral Continues

Conscious evolution is not just a concept reserved for philosophers, mystics, or TED Talk speakers with good lighting — it is the very real process of intentionally shaping our growth and awareness as human beings.
